You can earn up to 15 extra credit points each semester (Three Homework assignments). There will be a bonus question worth 1-2 points on each test or quiz. Or, you may write a paragraph summary of a recent article relevant to Biology for 5 points of extra credit.

If you miss a lab in class, you must come and speak with me, and I will assign an alternative assignment for you. But you must also get the notes from the lab from one of your group partners.

You can always retake a quiz, however, as stated on the syllabus, you cannot retake any of the tests given in class.
